GENERAL FOR ALL MY WORK
-All the information you have given me to ship your item is accurate.
-I own the rights to my work. This means I can use my work for other merchandise (prints, etc.) and am allowed to include them in my portfolio. I do not permit my art to be sold or exchanged without explicit written permission and without you having paid the rights to do so; therefore, my artwork cannot be used for commercial reasons by anyone other than me. You cannot use my artwork in any published material or marketplace. (digital or physical) I do not permit my work to be fed into AI. I do not permit my work to be made, reused, or sold as an NFT.FOR COMMISSIONS
-I handle commissions via email, not Ko-Fi. If interested, please email me at [email protected]
-Please be kind; I have the right not to take a commission if I feel disrespected.
-I have the right to not take a commission if I feel I cannot fulfill your request.
-Commissions are done using my own art style. Please refer to my gallery album for reference.
-The minimum amount of time a commission may take me to make is 20 days unless stated otherwise, please be patient throughout the process.
-Extra information given is greatly appreciated. Visual references/descriptions are appreciated, especially information on what this piece could mean to you as I rely on emotional meanings heavily for my art style. If you would like to request specific elements and colour schemes, you are free to do so.
-Suggestions may be made during the mock-up phase of my work if you would like to change your initial request, but otherwise the requests initially given are final.
-I do not take NSFW requests.FOR PET COMMISSIONS SPECIFICALLY
-Pet commissions are handled via email or social media. If interested, you can find my social media links in my bio or contact me via email at [email protected].
-Please be kind; I have the right not to take a commission if I feel disrespected.

-Please be patient. While these sketches are meant to be quick, there may be orders I need to fulfill before yours. I aim to get these to you as soon as possible.
-Please provide clear images.
-I send digital photos of the final sketch, not physical products.
-I am allowed to post these photos to social media and add them to my portfolio UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Please also state whether you would prefer to be tagged on social media for the piece or not.
-I, the artist, will not use the commission for future merchandise.PAYMENTS (GENERAL)
-I currently only take payments via PayPal. Once ordered, your order is non-refundable.
-Delays of shipping, if there are any, are at the fault of the mail courier service or my print provider. However, if there are any delays or problems, you may email me at [email protected].PAYMENTS (FOR COMMISSIONS)
-Listed prices are the minimum and are subject to change depending on the request, size, etc.
-After having a conversation with me, if we have agreed that I am to take your commission and a price has been set, you must pay at least a 50% deposit. Once the piece is finished, you must pay the other 50% before shipment.
-Shipping for commissions is separate and not a part of the price. The agreed upon price will be solely the price of the piece.
-It will be rare for me not to finish a commission, but in the special case I do, I may provide a partial refund and am to keep 20% of the final agreed upon price.PAYMENTS (FOR PET COMMISSIONS SPECIFICALLY)
-Once the request is finalised, you must pay me £8.50. I do not accept refunds.
-It will be rare for me not to finish a commission, but in the special case I do, I give full refunds for pet commissions.
